The concept of whimsey has always been a part of Marcia’s desert garden style, from small statuary & pottery, to café lights and windchimes
hanging in her trees. Re-purposing broken
windchime parts into unique hanging décor for
her own garden opened the door to this
new style of crafting, and
Western Whimsies by Marcia was born.

Combining her love for jewelry, crafting, décor and ambiance, Marcia sources all of the materials for her Whimsies from fellow artisans, and then curates them into one-of-a-kind, whimsical moments for the yard and home. Using 18- or
20-gauge copper wire, quality glass and crystal beads, and a heavy rustic steel shape, Marcia curates the colors from nature (or by request) into her unique creations.
Originally from Western New York, Marcia and her husband Michael moved to Phoenix in 2001.
